Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 08 March 2021 (RN: 20/03732/FULL) for the: Single storey rear extension with external landscaping following demolition of existing side and rear additions; Rear extension to existing flat-roofed North East Bay; New metal fence and Entrance gate; Rear skylight to replace existing, plant, all in connection with use as single dwellinghouse. NAMELY, alteration to, and introduction of windows and doors; replacement of existing timber side entrance to be rendered to match the main house; metal railings to the front elevation; traditional cast iron railings to rear elevation; soil vent pipes to rear and side elevations; ridge tiles to the south east bay; and retention of the flank wall in yellow stock brick instead of the approved rendering.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 17 January 2019 (RN: 18/01763/FULL) for the: Use of 8- 9 Princes Gardens as Nursery (Class D1); internal and external alterations to building; installation of plant machinery and extract duct; and extension of garden area to the rear including installation of new fencing and sheds. Namely, alterations to structures in rear garden and associated works.

Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) and removal of condition 9 (coffee bar use restriction) of Planning Permission dated 13 December 2019 (19/06852/FULL) which granted a Temporary change of use from Office (Class B1) to a sales and marketing suite (Sui Generis) for a period of 5 years with associated internal and external alterations, including: replacement rear extension with terrace above, erection of roof level plant screen, replacement entrance on St Petersburgh Place, insertion of door on Moscow Road, awnings to St Petersburgh Place frontage, erection pergola and fence at rear as well as erection of bicycle and bin store to side. NAMELY to amend the consented design, to provide additional design information in line for condition 7 (details of fence, gates, pergola, bin store) and 8 (waste and recycling) and the removal of condition 9 to allow members of the public to use the ancillary coffee bar.
