Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) of planning permission dated 30 September 2021 (RN: 21/04952/FULL) for variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 12 May 2020 (RN:19/05711/FULL) for the: Demolition and redevelopment of the existing Porters Lodge to provide a replacement single dwelling (Use Class C3); erection of extension to the rear of Kings Court; facade alterations, including provision of balconies at ground and first floor level to the front elevation of Kings Court, restoration of the existing brickwork and addition of limestone cladding, upgrades to the fenestration; landscaping of the site; provision of terraces to the rear and side of Kings Court. NAMELY, introduction of fire escape leading from the roof of the extension, down to the upper ground floor level including staircase.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 20th December 2022 (RN 22/05746/FULL) excavation to create basement extension and lower pavement vaults; removal of existing extensions and replace with extensions at rear lower ground to third floor level including roof terrace at rear first floor level; erection of fourth floor extension in mansard style to rear and open up blind windows to front; installation of plant within mansard structure; new landscaping to garden and replace boundary wall with 16 Wilton Crescent; Namely, external wall lights at lower ground to first floor and third floor level and new air vents to the rear lower ground floor level; alterations to the design of railings at ground, first and third floor level balconies; and an intake air housing to the balcony at rear ground floor level; extended metal staircase from the lower ground floor level to rear ground floor level; and alterations to the garden finishes and layout including the provision of a new freestanding trellis with low-level air duct behind.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 08 September 2014 (RN:14/03923/FULL) for the excavation to create basement extension and lower pavement vaults; removal of existing extensions and replace with extensions at rear lower ground to third floor level including roof terrace at rear first floor level; erection of fourth floor extension in mansard style to rear and open up blind windows to front; installation of plant within mansard structure; new landscaping to garden and replace boundary wall with 16 Wilton Crescent; namely, alterations to the size and position of the new rooflights and access hatch at roof level, opening up of a blind window at rear third floor level and alterations to the glazing on the front elevation.

Variation of Conditions 31 and 32 of planning permission dated 30 March 2022 (21/07642/FULL) for the demolition of existing mansard roof and roof level plant and construction of two storey vertical roof addition with extensions at fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh floor levels for additional office (Class B1) floorspace. Use of the lower ground and basement level for flexible/alternative office (Class B1)/retail (Class A1)/leisure uses (Class D2); car parking, cycle parking, ancillary office uses and mechanical plant. Alterations to the existing building including new windows and entrance, new terraces to eighth and tenth floor levels and new plant enclosure at roof level and associated works; and amendments to car parking provision (retention of the public car park), alterations to the cycle parking provision and basement layouts and reduction in flexible commercial floorspace; namely, to amend the wording of Conditions 31 and 32 to require the landscaping of the first floor terrace to be carried out in accordance with the submitted details.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 08 March 2021 (RN: 20/03732/FULL) for the: Single storey rear extension with external landscaping following demolition of existing side and rear additions; Rear extension to existing flat-roofed North East Bay; New metal fence and Entrance gate; Rear skylight to replace existing, plant, all in connection with use as single dwellinghouse. NAMELY, alteration to, and introduction of windows and doors; replacement of existing timber side entrance to be rendered to match the main house; metal railings to the front elevation; traditional cast iron railings to rear elevation; soil vent pipes to rear and side elevations; ridge tiles to the south east bay; and retention of the flank wall in yellow stock brick instead of the approved rendering.

Variation of Conditions 1 and 5 of planning permission dated 10 November 2021 (RN: 21/02084/FULL) for demolition of first floor and roof behind retained front façade, erection of enlarged first floor storey and roof above, erection of single storey side (south) extension, replacement roof to side (north) projection, alterations to rear projection, alterations to windows, use of both garages as internal living accommodation, alterations to landscaping to side and rear and other alterations; NAMELY, to amend the number, size and location of windows, addition of flue to rear and to amend the Sustainability Report.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 17th December 2021 (RN:21/03988/FULL) which in itself varies condition 1 of planning permission dated 01 February 2021 (RN: 20/06029/FULL) for the: Demolition of existing conservatory, erection of single storey rear extension, replacement of roof structure, extension and alterations to rear closet wing including incorporation of lift, replacement windows, alterations to the front boundary and front forecourt including extension and alterations to front vaults, excavation of new basement level including alterations to landscaping, plant enclosure and garden and bike stores to rear garden, and associated alterations, to allow the removal of trees and planting of replacement trees, shrubs and hedges edging the rear garden.
