Use of the lower ground and basement level for flexible/alternative office (Class B1)/retail (Class A1)/leisure uses (Class D2); car parking, cycle parking, ancillary office uses and mechanical plant. Alterations to the existing building including new windows and entrance, new terraces to eighth and tenth floor levels and new plant enclosure at roof level and associated works; and amendments to car parking provision (retention of the public car park), alterations to the cycle parking provision and basement layouts and reduction in flexible commercial floorspace; namely, to amend the wording of Conditions 31 and 32 to require the landscaping of the first floor terrace to be carried out in accordance with the submitted details.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 21st August 2019 (RN:19/03949/FULL) for the 'Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 19 April 2019 (RN: 18/10895) which in itself varied Conditions 1 and 3 and removal of Condition 4 of planning permission dated 4 November 2014 (RN: 14/08152) for the use as a single family dwelling (Class C3) and associated external alterations including rebuilding of the second floor, construction of a mansard roof extension at third floor, construction of terraces at first and second floor levels and alterations to windows and doors to change the proposed facing material from render to brickwork, new fenestration, and alterations to garage and entrance doors to amend the size and position of windows on the north and east elevations; to insert a double door on the east elevation; to move position of the entrance door on the north elevation; the garage door to be replaced by a window; to render the remaining sections of the building; and to remove condition 4 as the garage will not be used for parking vehicles. Namely; to amend the design and material (crittall/ metal frames) of the rear first floor window and rooflight.
