Variation of Conditions 6 and 16 of planning permission dated 17 November 2020 (RN:19/05099/FULL) for demolition of existing buildings and erection of a new building comprising basement, ground and 7 upper levels plus rooftop plant to provide a hotel with associated ancillary facilities including restaurant/bar and gym (Class C1), 1 x 2 and 1 x 3 bedroom apartments (Class C3), plant, cycle parking and other associated works. Namely, to amend the wording of Condition 6 to allow the provision of separate logistic plans for the demolition and construction phases; and the wording of Condition16 to allow the provision of a BREEAM pre-assessment before commencement of construction, rather than demolition, and ensure a final post construction stage assessment and certification is provided within three months of occupation.

Variation of Conditions 1, 30 and 31 of planning permission dated 16 September 2019 (RN: 18/10420/FULL) which in itself varied permission dated 8 February 2017 (RN: 15/08352/FULL) for the Demolition of existing building and erection of a new six storey, plus basement building with frontages to Wellington Road and Cochrane Street to provide 36 units for a dual/ alternative use as residential flats (Class C3) or serviced apartments (Sui Generis), with car and cycle parking at basement level and new landscaping'; NAMELY, to amend the finished detailing and cladding to the central link block containing the stair and lift core and lift over run.
