Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 23rd October 2020 (RN:19/09638/FULL) for the Demolition of existing community centre (Use Class D1) and nursery (Use Class D1) buildings and associated structures and replacement with three blocks (Blocks A, B and C) to create residential dwellings (Use Class C3), office floorspace (Use Class B1), cafe (Use Class A1), replacement community space (Use Class D1) and replacement nursery (Use Class D1). Landscaping and public realm alterations (including to the base of Wilmcote House); provision of car parking and cycle parking, refuse storage; provision of new boundary treatment; alterations to services; plant and associated works from RN:19/09638/FULL. Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 05 June 2020 (RN: 19/08751/FULL) for, 'Erection of rear extensions at second, third and fourth floor levels to incorporate a new lift; demolition of existing mansard roof and erection of replacement mansard; demolition and replacement of rear courtyard floor slab; installation of air conditioning units at roof level and under pavement basement vaults; demolition and rebuild of two chimney stacks on the mews; replacement of windows on all elevations of the main house, demolition and re-building of rear ground floor toilet annexe, and associated internal and external works'; NAMELY, to allow the reduction in width of the consented new southern rear windows on the second, third and fourth floors; amendment to consented rear walk on roof light panes in courtyard to align glazing bars with door openings above; addition of wall lights either side of front light well basement entrance door; addition of security cameras on the front and rear ground floor elevations; installation of an intercom to the right of the main entrance door; new handrail and balusters to staircase between second and fourth floor; and various internal alterations to all floors, landscaping works to the rear courtyard comprising rendering; stone paving; installation of light fixtures and installation of trellis panels.
