Details of Code of Construction Practice, pursuant to condition 11 of planning permission dated 19 March 2019 (18/09305/FULL) for the demolition of existing two storey house and detached double garage and boundary wall to St Edmund's Close and erection of replacement three storey plus basement single family dwellinghouse (Class C3) and new boundary treatment.

Use as single dwelling house (Class C3), erection of a single storey rear extension at lower ground floor level with terrace above, alterations to garden boundary trellis and wall with No 7, alterations to rear patio.
