Namely, to allow amendments including repairs to the front and rear elevations and roof coverings; adjustments to the access hatch to the roof, omission of the approved walkway and handrail and re-siting of the chimneystack to its original position; repair and rationalisation of pipework; alteration of rear French door design and provision of double glazing in the conservatory; enclosing of the rear lightwell between the main house and extension at lower ground level with rooflights; alteration of landscaping in the garden and terrace areas; and internal refurbishment works.
