Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 11 October 2021 (RN: 21/05641/FULL) for erection of a single-storey extension with green roof and erection of a single-storey glazed side infill extension, all at rear ground floor level; NAMELY, to allow for solid construction with a bi-folding door on rear elevation of side infill extension, to omit vertical glazed portion by altering glass roof angle and lower height of rainwater gutter of side infill extension, to move rainwater gutter outside of external wall cavity and to lower the finish floor level to improve floor to ceiling height.

Excavation of basement level beneath footprint of existing house with walk on rooflights; Rebuilding of bathroom extension at lower ground floor; Erection of extension at ground floor level over octagonal wing and creation of new parapet; Erection of infill extension on northeast elevation; Remodelling of bay on southeast elevation at lower ground floor level; Erection of replacement dormer; Demolition of existing retaining walls on south east elevation and eastern lightwell and construction of new metal escape stairs in these location; Replacement of windows; Rationalisation of drainage, repair of stucco render, repair/ refurbishment and part replacement of existing roof, refurbishment/ replacement of existing chimney and pots; Installation of Plant Machinery; Erection of bin and bike store to front garden; and associated external alterations.

Proposed alterations to door and window openings, construction of infill one storey rear extension within the lower ground floor courtyard and erection of a conservatory. Removal of a non-original pitched roof above part of the existing lower ground floor bathroom and replacement with a flat roof and glazed balustrade to form an extension to the existing terrace at this level. All to enlarge and alter dwelling (Class C3).

Demolition of existing single storey, flat roofed rear extension which sits between lower and upper floor levels and the erection of a larger rear extension with a mansard roof to create a two storey internal space. At roof level of the main building, construction of a new dormer to the west facing pitch and the enlargement of the existing east facing dormer, both with rooflights. New rooflight is proposed to the front roofslope.

Demolition of the existing building (excluding party walls) and redevelopment to provide a four-storey building plus basement including construction of a single storey extension to rear at both first and second floor levels, and erection of new mansard roof; installation of new air conditioning units at rear and roof level; installation of new shopfront; and associated works, all to accommodate three new self-contained 1-bed residential units and one new self-contained 2-bed residential unit (use class C3) over first, second and third floor levels and use of the basement and ground floor level as retail shop (use class E).

Installation of new ground floor shopfronts including 2no. new double height entrances; extensive refurbishment of the existing Portland stone facade; replacement of the existing windows between first and fifth floors with new double-glazed units, and modification of the fifth floor windows to increase their height; infill construction along fifth floor Chapel Place in facsimile of the existing facade to provide additional Class E floorspace; installation of ventilation louvres to the Chapel Place elevation at first to fourth levels; demolition of the sixth and seventh floors and erection of replacement sixth and seventh floors (including the creation of new external terrace areas) and new eighth floor roof extension with external terrace areas, all for use within Class E; and consolidation of roof level plant within a single enclosure and provision of a new building maintenance unit at roof level.

Variation of conditions 1, 5 ,11 and 12 attached to the planning permission dated 25 January 2019 (RN 18/10192/FULL) which varied the original planning permission dated 17 April 2018 (RN 17/09039/FULL) for: the Demolition of existing workshop to side of building, excavation of basement with rear lightwells, erection of side and rear extensions at lower ground floor level and two dormers to side and rear at roof level ; NAMELY, to vary the wording of condition 5 in respect of the side dormer as building , other external changes to the consented design , compliance with Appendix A of the Code of Construction Practice , and replacement tree planting .

Demolition of existing ground floor rear extension and erection of extension at ground floor level and first floor level; construction of a terrace at first floor level above ground floor extension; construction of a ground floor extension to front elevation (replacing a garage); and second floor roof extension.

Erection of a mansard roof extension to No's 5 and 7 Sutherland Avenue, construction of an extension to rear at part first/part second floor level, change of use of first and second floor flat to HMO and reconfiguration of existing third floor HMO of 7 Sutherland Avenue to provide a total 18 HMO rooms from first to fourth floors (sui generis use). Creation of cycle and waste storage at ground floor level off Foscote Mews, new windows to the south west elevation.

Erection of rear extensions at first, second and third floors, incorporating terraces to the rear and construction of a mansard roof extensions in connection with the creation 2 new flats above the existing retail unit and reconfiguration of existing flats.
