Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 16th November 2021 (RN: 21/05242/FULL) for Erection of rear extension, formation of lightwell and associated excavation to lower ground floor level; glazed conservatory at rear ground floor level with associated balcony and stair; partial demolition of existing closet wing and replacement with raised roof level; installation of dormer window, roof light and AC units at roof level and associated works. NAMELY, installation of an alternative air conditioning unit and replacement of its enclosure with an acoustic screen at roof level.

Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of a replacement single storey rear extension; erection of rear dormer to roof; installation of front rooflights; replacement of rear ground floor door; provision of raised patio; and associated works.

Demolition of existing single storey, flat roofed rear extension which sits between lower and upper floor levels and the erection of a larger rear extension with a mansard roof to create a two storey internal space. At roof level of the main building, construction of a new dormer to the west facing pitch and the enlargement of the existing east facing dormer, both with rooflights. New rooflight is proposed to the front roofslope.

Demolition and erection of rear ground/first floor extension, new rear dormer, new French doors to lower ground front lightwell and replacement windows.

Demolition of the existing dwellinghouse (retaining rear façade) and erection of dwellinghouse with basement level. Variation of conditions 1, 5 ,11 and 12 attached to the planning permission dated 25 January 2019 (RN 18/10192/FULL) which varied the original planning permission dated 17 April 2018 (RN 17/09039/FULL) for: the Demolition of existing workshop to side of building, excavation of basement with rear lightwells, erection of side and rear extensions at lower ground floor level and two dormers to side and rear at roof level ; NAMELY, to vary the wording of condition 5 in respect of the side dormer as building , other external changes to the consented design , compliance with Appendix A of the Code of Construction Practice , and replacement tree planting .
