Removal of condition 30 of planning permission dated 19th April 2022 (RN: 21/01858/FULL) for the Variation of conditions 2 and 3 of planning permission dated 27 October 2015 (RN: 15/04113/FULL) which itself varied condition 13 (tables and chairs) of planning permission dated 07 February 2003 (RN:02/03540) for Part demolition / redevelopment to provide new buildings, part alterations/extensions (including listed building) to provide 36 flats, 2 live-work units, retail, restaurant facilities and 34 parking spaces in basement with associated works from RN:21/01858/FULL. Namely, to permanently allow the continued takeaway and delivery service operation.

Variation of condition 4 of planning permission dated 28 March 2014 (RN: 13/06028/FULL) for the: Retention and refurbishment of 13-14 Langley Street for retail (Class A1) use. Demolition of 6, 10-14 Mercer Street, the one/two storey warehouse-type buildings and the later rear addition of 116 Long Acre and redevelopment to provide 24 residential flats (Class C3), retail (Class A1) and restaurant (Class A3) units with associated plant and ancillary space. Creation of new pedestrian and servicing piazza and street, works of hard landscaping, alterations to existing vehicular and pedestrian access together with associated enabling works. Namely, to allow the extension of hours of operation/trading at unit 2.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 06 December 2017 (RN: 17/05944/FULL) for erection of a rear and roof extensions including partial demolition to provide additional Class B1 office floor space and residential apartment (Class C3), and dual/alternative use of part basement and part ground floor as a retail shop (Class A1) or restaurant (Class A3). NAMELY, to enable the use of part fourth floor as residential accommodation (Class C3).

Variation of Condition 19 of planning permission dated 6 December 2017 (RN: 17/05944/FULL) for, 'Erection of a rear and roof extensions including partial demolition to provide additional Class B1 office floor space and residential apartment (Class C3), and dual/alternative use of part basement and part ground floor as a retail shop (Class A1) or restaurant (Class A3)'; NAMELY, to extend the hours within which customers are permitted within the restaurant premises from the approved 00.00 to 01.00 on Monday to Saturday (Sundays remained unchanged).
