Variation of Condition 1 of planning permision dated 16 October 2023 (RN: 23/05842/FULL), which itself varied planning permission dated 22 December 2022 (RN: 22/06621/FULL) for: Reconfiguration of two residential units to form one unit within Nos. 25, 26 and 48; and new residential unit within No. 49; installation of four condenser units, two on each of the roofs of Nos. 25 and 26; and extension at rear third and fourth floor level of No. 25 and associated works (site includes 25-26 Chester Square and 49-48 Eaton Mews South). Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 25 September 2020 (RN: 20/04800/FULL) for, 'Erection of infill extension at basement level in order to enlarge existing office (Class B1), use of part ground floor on Mount Street elevation as a shop (Class A1) accessed from existing bay, erection of roof extension to enlarge existing flat (Class C3), insertion of new windows and doors on the north and east elevations, creation of a residential terraces at third floor level and provision of plant within existing vaults'; NAMELY, to insert a door in place of a window at basement level and alter the design of a dormer window at 5th floor level. (Application under Section 73 of the Act).

Variation of Conditions 1 and 10 of planning permission dated 23 December 2020 (RN: 20/06388/FULL) for amalgamation of 2-4 Old Queen Street and 6 Old Queen Street; erection of infill extension at rear first and second floor level, roof extension with front dormer and lift overrun at fourth level to 6 Old Queen Street; alterations to rear fenestration; new rooflight; new shopfronts; and rationalisation and installation of new plant and air condenser units; all in connection with the use of the ground floor as a café and office entrance, first, second and part third floors as office and third and fourth floor as one residential unit; NAMELY, amend the opening hours of the cafe; replace rear rooflight with lantern light; enlargement of lift core; lowering of basement level in No.6; widening door at No.6; revised internal layout; and replacement of front windows.
