Removal of condition 12 of planning permission dated 01 May 2020 (RN: 20/01459) which itself varied condition 1 of planning permission dated 12 February 2013 (RN: 12/12483)for the: internal and external alterations (comprising new windows at roof level, lift overrun green roof skylight, removal of lightwell insertion of new doors at lower ground floor level and creation of roof terrace at rear ground floor level) in connection with the conversion of the existing building from office and residential flats into a single family dwelling to vary the approved drawing numbers to allow the introduction of an additional roof light to the north east of the roof, a replacement walk on roof light to the west of the roof and an extension to the lift overrun box, set into the existing area of flat roof and plant access. NAMELY, to remove biodiversity management plan as green roof no longer forms part of the proposal.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 25 August 2017 (RN: 17/03920/FULL) for the: Amalgamation of Nos. 35 and 35A to form a single dwellinghouse, with the erection of rear and basement extensions and alterations to the front elevation. NAMELY, to allow the reduction and repositioning of basement area in order to provide a better internal arrangement; omit roof light and lightwell at lower ground floor level; provision of external steps from home office to create access from ground floor to the rear garden and steel balustrade to the previously approved extension to parapet below; infill the side return extension at first floor level; and associated works.
