Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 6th June 2023 (RN 23/00698/FULL) for the erection of single storey roof extension to rear courtyard building, replacement windows, installation of railings around a new front lightwell and associated works, all for use of enlarged building as 6 self-contained residential dwellings comprising 5 x1 bedroom and 1 x 3 bedroom units (Class C3). NAMELY, for a new lift to serve the residential flats; and new connecting ramp, which would link the front and rear buildings to provide level access.

Amalgamation of 5 flats into a single residential dwelling; rear extension to lower ground floor level and walk on skylight and roof to create a new ground floor level terrace; ground floor wrap around extension with full width sliding glass doors and partially glazed roof; refurbishment and replacement of windows to front and rear elevation; internal reconfiguration on all floors.

Variation of conditions 1,11, 16, 22, 24, 25 of planning permission dated 30th June 2020 (RN 19/09318/FULL) for the demolition of two-storey coach house (72) and building behind retained front facade at 74, for the construction of new five storey building to provide 7 residential flats. Excavation of basement, demolition of existing rear garages and the erection of 2 additional residential dwellings including associated landscaping. NAMELY, to make minor material amendments including; rationalised front landscaping; moving the access to the rear from the southern side of the building to the northern side; adding skylights above the side wings; adding skylights to rear dwellings; making the lower ground floor rear terraces slightly deeper; making the second floor balcony slightly wider; making the ground floor railings wider (though no increase in terrace size); and adding three windows to south and north flank wall and reinstating the existing Juliette balconies to the front elevation.

Removal of condition 12 of planning permission dated 01 May 2020 (RN: 20/01459) which itself varied condition 1 of planning permission dated 12 February 2013 (RN: 12/12483)for the: internal and external alterations (comprising new windows at roof level, lift overrun green roof skylight, removal of lightwell insertion of new doors at lower ground floor level and creation of roof terrace at rear ground floor level) in connection with the conversion of the existing building from office and residential flats into a single family dwelling to vary the approved drawing numbers to allow the introduction of an additional roof light to the north east of the roof, a replacement walk on roof light to the west of the roof and an extension to the lift overrun box, set into the existing area of flat roof and plant access. NAMELY, to remove biodiversity management plan as green roof no longer forms part of the proposal.

Conversion of four residential flats into single residential family dwelling; basement extension to the lower ground floor to the front of the property, underneath the existing front garden area; in fill extension beside the closet wing to the lower ground and ground floor at the rear of the property; replacement windows to the closet wing, 3rd floor level and new roof lights to the existing roof; and new front garden boundary walls and railings with new bin store.
