Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 19th July 2021 (RN 21/02117/FULL) for the erection of roof extension at fourth floor level to enlarge dwellinghouse (Class C3), renewal of the roof terrace trellis and planters, reduction of garage door width and addition of new section of wall with a casement window to rear elevation. NAMELY, alterations to Lower Ground floor, the proposed metal Garage shutter is replaced with a timber horizontal sliding door to match existing at 25; At Lower Ground floor, the new addition of wall with a casement window to rear elevation will be cladded with timber to match the Garage door finish; All the existing windows throughout the house will be replaced with new timber windows to match existing and providing better thermal insulation and a new walk-on rooflight with etched glass is added to the Front Terrace to provide natural light to Bathroom 1 (S73 application).

Use of building as a single dwellinghouse (Class C3); excavation of a basement extension under house and part of rear garden; installation of replacement windows and doors; alterations to front forecourt including new garage entrance; alteration and extension to side extensions; alterations to rear lower ground floor terrace; and erection of lift overrun at roof level.
