Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 19th July 2021 (RN 21/02117/FULL) for the erection of roof extension at fourth floor level to enlarge dwellinghouse (Class C3), renewal of the roof terrace trellis and planters, reduction of garage door width and addition of new section of wall with a casement window to rear elevation.
