Erection of mansard roof extension in connection with existing single family dwelling house.

Excavation of basement storey beneath house and rear courtyard, rear single storey infill extension to courtyard with fully glazed roof, installation of Juliet balcony to side elevation at first floor and enlargement of existing bathroom window, new window at second floor to rear elevation and new dormer window to rear elevation at second floor. Variation of condition 4 of planning permission dated 26th November 2021 (RN:21/05740/FULL) for the Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 16 March 2016 (RN: 16/00374/FULL) which itself varied condition 1 of planning permission dated 28 July 2015 (RN: 15/02336/FULL) for excavation of a basement beneath existing building, part of front and rear gardens, demolition of rear facade, extensions to the rear and at roof level in connection with the use of the building as a single house. Namely, the proposed revised material for the bricks, the top crown roof changed from asphalt to lead, rear bay changed to brickwork, rear bay coping changed to Portland stone and lower ground floor rear doors changed to French doors. Alteration and extension of mews house behind retained front ground floor façade including excavation to create a new basement level, erection of additional first floor storey and use of part of first floor roof as a terrace.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 21 June 2022 (RN: 22/01467/FULL) for the: Excavation of a single storey basement beneath rear part of building and the mews building (including a replacement swimming pool), insertion of new lightwell and amendments to rooflight configuration between the main house and mews building, rear infill of mews building at first floor level, installation of plant to front vaults and within existing roof service rooms and associated external alterations. (Site includes 8 Kinnerton Street). Namely, to allow increase the size of the approved basement extension by approximately 5200mm towards the Wilton Crescent end of the property.

Variation of Condition 1 and 11 of planning permission dated 20 October 2022 (RN: 22/04903/FULL) for the demolition of existing mansard roof and roof level plant and construction of two storey vertical roof addition with extensions at fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh floor levels for additional office (Class B1) floorspace. Use of the lower ground and basement level for flexible/alternative office (Class B1)/retail (Class A1)/leisure uses (Class D2); car parking, cycle parking, ancillary office uses and mechanical plant.
