Variation of condition 4 of planning permission dated 26th November 2021 (RN:21/05740/FULL) for the Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 16 March 2016 (RN: 16/00374/FULL) which itself varied condition 1 of planning permission dated 28 July 2015 (RN: 15/02336/FULL) for excavation of a basement beneath existing building, part of front and rear gardens, demolition of rear facade, extensions to the rear and at roof level in connection with the use of the building as a single house. Variation of condition 1 and removal of condition 5 of planning permission dated 19th May 2020(RN 19/09041/FULL) for the variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 19th June 2018 (RN 16/06234/FULL) for the Excavation of a basement floor below existing house and part of front garden, insertion of rooflight with decorative metal grille over within front lightwell, internal alterations, including the insertion of 3 rooflights in the floor of rear extension between lower ground and new basement level and removal of tree from front garden. NAMELY, to remove the decorative grille above the rooflight in the front lightwell, install an etched glass at this rooflight instead of the transparent glass originally allowed for under the grille.
