Variation of conditions 5 (facing materials), 6 (details of pier to front boundary), 9 (privacy screen to 1st floor),11 (planting scheme) of planning permission dated 14th May 2019 (RN 18/04625/FULL) for the Excavation of basement floor below existing house and front garden with associated front lightwell; demolition of existing front garage and replacement front boundary; replacement of existing three storey wing with enlarged three storey side extension; replacement of existing ground and first floor rear extensions with new extensions at ground and first floor, with a terrace at rear first floor level with 1.8m high privacy screen and addition of railings to rear elevation at first floor level. NAMELY, to amend conditions to compliance conditions, given works have begun on site and details have been approved under approval of details applications.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 19th July 2021 (RN 21/02117/FULL) for the erection of roof extension at fourth floor level to enlarge dwellinghouse (Class C3), renewal of the roof terrace trellis and planters, reduction of garage door width and addition of new section of wall with a casement window to rear elevation. NAMELY, alterations to Lower Ground floor, the proposed metal Garage shutter is replaced with a timber horizontal sliding door to match existing at 25; At Lower Ground floor, the new addition of wall with a casement window to rear elevation will be cladded with timber to match the Garage door finish; All the existing windows throughout the house will be replaced with new timber windows to match existing and providing better thermal insulation and a new walk-on rooflight with etched glass is added to the Front Terrace to provide natural light to Bathroom 1 (S73 application).

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 11 February 2020 (RN 19/08445/FULL) for the excavation of single storey front and rear extensions at lower ground floor level and beneath the original main house footprint, erection of extension and infill of lightwell at second floor level, erection of mansard roof, installation of air conditioning units to roof level, conversion of garage into habitable space, replacement of ground floor French doors with sash windows and associated works. NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers for the addition of a second floor lift extension to the rear of the building.

Variation of Condition 7 of planning permission dated 30 June 2020 (RN: 20/00790) for 'Demolition of the existing mews house and construction of new house comprising ground with integrated garage, first and second floor mansard level, lowering of rear garden level to match adjoining properties and installation of plant machinery'. Namely, to allow the windows on the rear elevation at first and second floor levels to be openable.
