Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 23rd October 2020 (RN:19/09638/FULL) for the Demolition of existing community centre (Use Class D1) and nursery (Use Class D1) buildings and associated structures and replacement with three blocks (Blocks A, B and C) to create residential dwellings (Use Class C3), office floorspace (Use Class B1), cafe (Use Class A1), replacement community space (Use Class D1) and replacement nursery (Use Class D1). Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 08 March 2021 (RN: 20/03732/FULL) for the: Single storey rear extension with external landscaping following demolition of existing side and rear additions; Rear extension to existing flat-roofed North East Bay; New metal fence and Entrance gate; Rear skylight to replace existing, plant, all in connection with use as single dwellinghouse. NAMELY, alteration to, and introduction of windows and doors; replacement of existing timber side entrance to be rendered to match the main house; metal railings to the front elevation; traditional cast iron railings to rear elevation; soil vent pipes to rear and side elevations; ridge tiles to the south east bay; and retention of the flank wall in yellow stock brick instead of the approved rendering.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 01 February 2017 (RN: 16/07799/FULL) for 'Alterations including erection of extensions at rear lower ground, ground and first floor levels, creation of roof terrace at rear third floor level, replacement of non-original windows, external repair works and landscaping'. Namely, to allow amendments including repairs to the front and rear elevations and roof coverings; adjustments to the access hatch to the roof, omission of the approved walkway and handrail and re-siting of the chimneystack to its original position; repair and rationalisation of pipework; alteration of rear French door design and provision of double glazing in the conservatory; enclosing of the rear lightwell between the main house and extension at lower ground level with rooflights; alteration of landscaping in the garden and terrace areas; and internal refurbishment works.

Variation of conditions 1,11, 16, 22, 24, 25 of planning permission dated 30th June 2020 (RN 19/09318/FULL) for the demolition of two-storey coach house (72) and building behind retained front facade at 74, for the construction of new five storey building to provide 7 residential flats. Excavation of basement, demolition of existing rear garages and the erection of 2 additional residential dwellings including associated landscaping. NAMELY, to make minor material amendments including; rationalised front landscaping; moving the access to the rear from the southern side of the building to the northern side; adding skylights above the side wings; adding skylights to rear dwellings; making the lower ground floor rear terraces slightly deeper; making the second floor balcony slightly wider; making the ground floor railings wider (though no increase in terrace size); and adding three windows to south and north flank wall and reinstating the existing Juliette balconies to the front elevation.
