Site separation works to include security gatehouse and visitor car parking, perimeter security gate, revised access arrangement with barriers/turnstiles and gates, modified ramp to underpass, new security boundary fence, new generator, creation of service trenches and ducts, landscaping, external lighting and associated works.

Upgraded members' practice facilities, including removal of existing 9 practice bays, construction of a lightweight "Rangebay" structure containing 10 practice bays; proposed ball catch netting 8 metres in height along eastern boundary and 10 metres in height along the southern boundary, proposed fencing 1.8m in height along the western boundary, proposed 2 metre high earth bund adjacent to the west of the proposed building, new practice green area and soft landscaping including 0.7 hectare planted ecology area.

Demolition of existing single storey rear additions, outbuilding to rear and eastern boundary wall. Erection of new single storey rear and side extension, together with external alterations to windows and replacement front door, installation of external yard/bin store, installation of cellar refrigeration unit, alterations to soft and hard landscaping, boundary treatments, installation of paved patio to the rear, extended brick wall to Western boundary and new timber boarded fence to Eastern boundary.
