Demolition of existing garage and construction of a new garage with ancillary residential accommodation above; and new access to highway. Removal of UPVC windows to be replaced with stone mullioned windows to principal elevations with bronze window inserts and insertion of painted timber casement windows to side and rear elevations. Windows augmented to created three sets of painted timber french windows on ground floor to sides and rear elevations and the insertion of 4no new window openings, 3 on the north elevation and 1 on the east elevation to be detailed to match existing openings.
