Conversion of existing conservatory into a sun lounge

Construction of a new single storey rear extension to replace an existing conservatory. The extension features a pitched roof with large dormer window serving a first-floor bedroom. The application also includes conversion of half of the existing double garage and replacing the existing windows across the whole property as part of a wider thermal upgrade package.
