Construction of a stand-alone shed for the purpose of timber drying and storage of timber, kayaks and garden equipment. The shed is rectangular in plan, 8.0 m by 3.0 m, with a pitched roof, overall height 2.97 m. In the interests of sustainability and economy, it will reuse the roof tiles and A-frames from an old garage elsewhere on the site, due for demolition. The roof is supported on timber columns. The timber columns and timber edging to the roof are painted black. The proposal includes continuing an 800 mm high earth bank along the boundary with the road, topped with a hedge.

Construction of an insulated, damp proof brick-built base with footings to footprint of existing open sided porch roof and install PVC-u glazed frames and a composite door to brick base.

In 2016, I constructed a shed in my rear garden. It measures approximately 510cm wide x 250cm deep x 350cm to the peak of the roof (height to eves is 200cm). The base is concrete to a depth of 30cm with brick and cement footings. Construction is timber frame with dark brown shiplap board outer cladding and a pantile roof.

Garden room/gym in rear garden, 1m from rear & side boundary. Proposed size = 6.8m wide, 4.8m deep and 3.35m high sloping down to 3.28m at rear (pent). Wooden construction - 6"x2" timber battens to floor & roof, with 4"x2" timber battens to wall uprights, mounted on compacted hard-core base, and concrete slabs and loose shingle for drainage. Insulated walls, plasterboard inside with timber cladding to outsides. One set of uPVC double-glazed double doors with uPVC double-glazed single windows to either side. Rubber roof. Electrics only, no other services.

Construction of new side extension to form larger dining room and downstairs toilet/shower room. Construct new pitched tiled roof over new and existing side extensions. Replace existing flat roof over rear extension with vaulted pitched tiled roof and Velux windows. Replace flat garage roof with new pitched tiled roof. Replace the front living room window with smaller window and replace Yorkstone blocks with flint stone blocks.
