A glass fronted garden studio, 3 x 4.2m, with double doors opening onto the garden. constructed from timber with painted shiplap cladding and cedar shingles on an apex roof. Sited on a solid concrete base all within the confines of the garden and within 20 metres of the rear of the existing house. It replaces a smaller existing garden tool shed.

Erection of single storey annexe to west (rear) of main house (Roefields). Demolition of facing brick walls and shed connecting main house to double garage to the north of main house for access. Associated drainage, landscaping and external works.

Planning application seeking approval for the provision of decking (existing and proposed) to serve an existing mobile home and proposed hot tub, the conversion of an old chicken shed to an outbuilding and the provision of biodiversity gains on land at Fen Lodge, The Fens, Aldringham Cum Thorpe, Suffolk, IP16 4QR. The existing decking was installed approximately 12 years ago.

Replacement of PVC windows, like for like but from white to grey. Front door multi coloured to dark grey. Damaged Facias colour white to grey. Remove two wooden sheds and one wooden summer house (all rotten) along with concrete pads and replace for new timber shed. Install timber shed to rear of house 3.6 x 7.3 x 2.4 metres. Over 1metre from fence line. Remove PVC rear car port from garage. Remove front storm canopy from above front door. Gutter and down pipes replaced from white to black. Two number existing flat roofs ( felt ) replaced for fibre glass.

Erection of a log cabin which is part summer house / shed with a side canopy.
