Demolition of the rear flat roofed buildings which are of no historic interest, and rebuilding (on a smaller footprint) two storey additions that provide access to the first-floor apartments, each having two bedrooms with open living and kitchen spaces. One new off-road parking space will be made available at the rear of the properties and to accommodate this the ground floor retail spaces will be slightly reduced.

Proposed refurbishment, extension and part conversion of existing retail premises to provide a refurbished retail unit at ground floor and 14 new flats, with associated landscaping and cycle parking.
