The proposal involves two existing outbuildings, the barn and the garage. The proposal seeks to upgrade the barn, which already has a kitchen, shower room and upper storage area into a more habitable annex, which can be used for additional accommodation. The plan is to extend our house, a single storey extension at the rear for dining room and office, also putting an extra bedroom and en-suite above what is now garage. Garage area will also be re purposed. We did get planning some years back but never acted on the permissions. We have made couple changes and are now reapplying.
