Removal of temporary canvas building and construction of oak frame garage beside house of 14 Laxfield Way, with roller shutter doors either end, pitched roof in slate tile with two south facing velux roof windows. Clad in Anthracite grey cladding.

To build wooden structure to front of the property on existing garden not to be attached. Garage/storage with solid concrete base a pitch tiled roof with two wooden doors to front entrance and one small door towards the rear facing the house, the building will be built from timber and clad in timber or cement boards which look like timber.

Side and rear extensions and general alterations to main house, single storey outbuilding and small outdoor swimming pool in rear garden, single storey garage replacement building in front garden, and general landscaping to the garden.

Replacement of existing semi-detached houses/garages with new detached house (Plot 2) with detached garage and new vehicular access (all as approved previously), with revised site boundary

Demolish and remove the existing concrete and asbestos 2 car garage adjacent to the Georgian House, and to replace it in a more appropriate position to provide a modern, 3 car garage with Workshop and ancillary accommodation.

Single storey rear extension within the courtyard (likely to be PD according to the Pre-app Advice), the enclosure of the existing porch area beneath the existing balcony at the front of the house, and the conversion to an office/studio of the existing garage with its own WC and shower, and external store.
