Application for variation of conditions 2, 5 and 10 attached to planning permission 20180544 for the conversion of existing public house to provide 4 no one bed studio flats including part first and part second floor side extensions and partial demolition of existing single storey rear extension; and construction of a two storey building to accommodate 2 no two bed flats fronting Clarence Row with associated parking and boundary treatments; to allow (Condition 2) Internal reconfiguration and rear infilling extension of lower ground floor level, (Condition 5) to allow utility room at lower ground floor level and (Condition 10) to allow additional windows and relocation of other windows.
