Alterations to amend and raise the height of the existing single storey extension at ground floor level, to the side of the existing back addition, including the installation of new glazing; and installation of full height and full width doors to the rear elevation at ground floor level, replacing the existing window and French doors.

Minor material amendment to planning permission reference: 2021/02747/FUL dated 16th November 2021 for the "Erection of a brick parapet wall with trellis on top around the flat roof at third floor level on top of the existing three storey back addition, in connection with its continued use as a roof terrace; rear roof extension and installation of fixed full length windows and a sliding door to the rear elevation at third floor level, to provide access to the roof terrace; replacement of existing window in rear elevation with new window; and installation of rooflight in existing flat roof at fourth floor level." Amendments sought are alterations to the materials on top of the approved brick parapet wall on the external balcony area from an obscured glazed screen to timber trellis.
