Change of use from retail (Class A1) to residential (Class C3), consisting of a one bedroom self-contained ground floor dwelling house; external alterations including moving the position of the entrance door from the front elevation to the side elevation; bricking-up of existing shop entrance and windows to the front elevation; removal of the front part of the existing flat roof to incorporate a glass box roof; and installation of a rooflight to the rear part of the existing flat roof.
