Erection of petrol filling station (24hr) accessed from Littlefair Road, comprising sales building (containing convenience store with ancillary food counter, store, office, wc, & ATM), forecourt with canopy, underground tanks, car wash bays, parking, landscaping, and other minor development. 2. Erection of coffee shop with drive-thru lane and parking, external bin store, and landscaping. 3. Erection of substation and electricity meter kiosks.
