Extension of an existing Club House and Changing Rooms building and associated interior layout alteration

Change of use and associated alterations to the former St Ives Golf Course clubhouse, neighbouring house and landscape, to provide a specialist SEN educational facility for pupils aged 11-18 years (F.2(c) and C3 to F1). Alterations to fenestration. Formalised car parking and landscape layout including MUGA. New proposed palisade fencing to the perimeters of the site.

Proposed external works and alterations to house and detached garden room including new garden gates /garage doors , external lights and other external alterations.

Proposed change of use from care home to residential (C3) with internal and external alterations.

Proposed single storey side/rear extension forming garden room, utility room, guest bedroom and shower room, internal alterations and proposed detached double garage including out house.

Two storey front extension to form projecting porch, increase in eaves height and installation of replacement dormers, 1.5 storey side extension and two storey rear extension, addition of rear open balcony structure, alteration of the external finishes to include render and cladding elements, conversion of integral garage to form habitable space, and extension and alterations to detached garage to create home gym and enlarged garden store.

Existing first floor internal bathroom walls to be altered to become one room. Replacement kitchen and dining rooms proposed in new location. Electrical wiring renewed throughout building. Existing Heating to be renewed throughout building. New replacement front and rear doors. New vertical sash windows to the ground floor and first floor rear elevation. General repair and proposals of internal and external fabric as described on the schedule of work.
