Residential conversion of the ground and first floors of rear extension, erection of additional storey above the rear extension internal alterations of the first and second floor to form 3 flats

Part change of use from offices/store to three apartments for short term residential letting and part change of use and alterations to former agricultural grain store for informal leisure use (dining area) and part change of use and alterations to former agricultural barn for washing up facilities associated with the camping use at the site (mixed use sui generis). All elements of the proposals are retrospective.

Proposed change of use of part shop and store (E(a)) at ground floor to a one-bedroom flat (C3), and the proposed change of use from a single residential unit across the first and second floors to 2 no. one-bedroom flats at first floor and 1 no. two-bedroom flat at second floor (all C3), with the retention of the ground floor frontage for retail use and associated alterations.
