Proposal under section 73 for the variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), of permission 21/00760/FUL to allow for the variation to rear roof detail and floor to ceiling heights, boundary wall detail and car parking/lamp post location details amended. The parent permission being for the demolition of existing garage, erection of a 3 bed attached house incorporating a basement level, and provision of a basement level to the existing dwelling, together with 2 car parking spaces, refuse and recycling storage area and amenity space.

Application for a minor material amendment to set back the new dwelling from the site boundary to parent permission 20/02141/FUL. The parent permission being for the erection of one x 4 bed dwelling with associated parking and amenity space and conversion of existing garage to habitable room.

Erection of detached garage and retention of boundary wall within curtilage of property currently nearing completion

Demolition of the existing garage and shed and erection of a replacement shed and summerhouse. Provision of new fencing and brick boundary wall with gates.
