Alterations including window positioning on the front elevation, flank fenestration and increase to the front porch, single storey rear extensions with roof lanterns, alterations to the roofline incorporating two rear dormers and rooflights to the front and side roof slopes, and the conversion of the resulting property into 4 flats.
