Demolition of the existing retail units fronting Tolworth Broadway and the construction of two new buildings comprising residential units (Use Class C3), ground and first floor commercial space (Use Class E) and public plaza. Reconfiguration of the existing multi-storey car park, vehicle parking and servicing, along with the provision of associated cycle parking, refuse storage, amenity floorspace, landscaping and public realm works (existing M&S, Travelodge and RBK Council Car Park are retained and excluded from the proposals).

Demolition of existing rear green house and store, change of use of existing workshop and office into residential dwelling (Use Class C3 dwelling), erection of two storey side and rear, first floor front, single storey detached outbuilding extension. Raising roof height, erection of roof extension with 3 nos rear dormers and 5 nos front rooflights to facilitate loft conversion.

Retention of lower ground and ground floor levels for retail use, change of use of upper floors from retail/ancillary storage/office space to residential use, and construction of 3 additional storeys to provide a total of 56 residential dwellings
