External alterations to the North East elevation of Chester House comprising blocking up and the replacement of windows.

Alterations to the second floor of the main teaching block from a library to 6 no. teaching spaces. Replacement of clerestory windows and all windows to the main teaching block, the addition of new reverse dormer full height windows, the replacement skylights, installation of roof ventilation cowls, and alterations to the entrance of Butler House. Repositioning of garage, changes to fenestration, alteration of the landscaping (from previously approved application DM/17/1837). As well as several internal alterations to the layout of the main dwelling, this includes the relocation of staircases, kitchen and downsizing the number of bedrooms from 6 to 5.

External alterations (In association with prior approval notice DM/21/0688) to include sand and cement render (East, West and North elevations), alterations to windows, insertion of doors and creation of bin and bike store.

Construction of 2 no. three bedroom dwellings and alterations to the existing dwelling to include a dormer window to the front and rear elevations.

External redecoration, alterations to fenestration, new pergolas to the south, existing pergola to the north garden finished with toughextract systemened clear glass, new access point created to the north garden through the existing stone wall and new kitchen air input and extract system to replace existing. (Amended drawings dated 20.08.2021 proposing re positioning of ductwork to rear roof slope. Acoustic Assessment Report Rev 1, Sections 04A, Mechanical Layout 03A and proposed elevations 3106.07.05 and removal of new access point to the northern garden wall.)

External alterations including:- blocking up of 2 windows to the east elevation. Installation of rooflights to existing flat roof. Provision of PV panels to the existing flat roof. Provision of refuse and recycling bins within timber enclosures. Resurfacing of the existing parking area. Extension between the rear roof dormers and replacement cladding to the dormers. Removal of existing air conditioning units and provision of new air conditioning condensing units behind fencing. New shop front and landscaping to provide wheelchair access.

Alterations to the shopfront and the side facing fenestration. Insertion of 3 x rooflights to the side and rear. Removal of external staircase.(Description amended 30/06/20)

Conversion of barn and attached range of hovel buildings to a 4 bed dwelling. Demolition of corrugated barrel vaulted barns. Erection of double garage. Various internal and external alterations to barns including insertion of external windows and doors. Proposed driveway for the barn conversion and the subdivision of the existing garden space to create a garden for the new dwelling.

Ground floor extension under existing north side first floor terrace. Single storey extension on south side. New porch and covered glazed area to front of building with changes to fenestration and internal alterations.
