To create a crossover from the public highway to access a privately owned meadow. Construction of French drainage system, and further construction of a wooden crossover over the ditch to allow access/passage of light agricultural vehicles.

Construction of 5 bedroom dwelling house, detached garage and pool. Creation of new access point onto Sloop Lane with erection of new gates. On completion, existing dwelling to be demolished and the area returned to grass land with the removal of flood defence measures returning it to the flood plain. Change use of existing car port to agricultural storage barn.
