Partial change of use of Stables from gym to new farm shop/ delicatessen with storage above. Installation of mezzanine floor and extension to form entrance with associated minor alterations.

Alterations to side extension to allow for a change of use to a separate 1 bed two person dwelling. AMENDED PLANS received 13/09/2023 creating front door to the front elevation and re-siting fence in rear garden to create subdivision of garden.

Change of use from single dwelling to 2 No. four bedroom houses including alterations to external elevations and extensions and alterations to roof.

Demolition of existing part 4-storey mixed use, commercial-residential premises and construction of a new 5-storey all-residential building containing seven new apartments, being 6 number 1 Bedroom apartments, and one number 2 Bedroom apartment. Amended plans received 28.10.2020 showing amendments to internal layout to include 2 bed apartment changed to 1 bed. External alterations proposed including changes to ground floor frontage, additional extension to rear at ground and first floor level and additional window to lower ground floor flat. Amended plans received 18.01.2021 to include additional windows to rear and internal changes, to include reconfiguration and extension of lower ground floor flat and front ground floor flat to form a 2 bed duplex, resulting in a total of 6 no. flats.

Improvements to site access and adjoining highway. Creation of a Scaffolding Depot (sui generis) comprising existing warehouse/office building, new warehouse building, yard, and parking area. Alterations to private equestrian facility including an extension to existing stable building and creation of new muck heap.
