Erection of 28 no. new residential units comprising 7 x 1 bedroom flats, 14 x 2 bedroom flats, 7 x 3 bedroom flats, together with 2no. car parking spaces, cycle parking provision, refuse and recycling provision, a relocated vehicular access to the service road and landscaping and associated works.

Change of use of land to C3 Residential, erection of a two storey 2 no. flats building fronting on to Crofton Road and landscaping to provide suitable amenity, provisions for refuse and bicycle storage.
