Demolition of a rear single storey kitchen extension and associated minor external and internal alterations including; Removal of existing cupboard and opening up of single door between kitchen and front right hand side living room, Alterations and upgrading of the existing conservatory extension to create a new side entrance to the house and utility space. New double doors in the altered window opening in the study to allow access to the rear garden and new roof light in the existing pitched roof.
