Variation of condition 5 (privacy screen to balcony) of permission 21/P/0783/MMA (Minor material amendment to planning permission 18/P/3962/FUH (first floor, front and rear extensions including balcony, alterations to the roof and remodelling of the interior) to: reduce height of the first floor windows, provide parapet around the roof, remove window to the left of turret (south side), remove chimney , remove single door from lower ground floor east side, relocate utility door from rear to west side; provide new window in west elevation) to allow the installation of standard height balustrade on the eastern side of the balcony above the lower ground floor rear extension.

Application to vary condition 11 (opening hours) attached to planning permission 19/P/0529/FUL (conversion of former working man's club (D2) to A1 or A3 use on the Ground Floor and 4no. residential flats on the first floor, with associated works. Replacement windows and doors to front and rear elevations) to amend and extend opening hours on Fridays, Saturdays and Public Holidays; opening till 1am Friday, Saturday and Public Holidays
