Demolition of a rear single storey kitchen extension and associated minor external and internal alterations including; Removal of existing cupboard and opening up of single door between kitchen and front right hand side living room, Alterations and upgrading of the existing conservatory extension to create a new side entrance to the house and utility space. New double doors in the altered window opening in the study to allow access to the rear garden and new roof light in the existing pitched roof. New double doors in the altered window opening to the side of the kitchen/dining area. Existing removed kitchen window is relocated to the side wall of the study area. Alterations to the rear garden including removal of the tarmac drive to the rear garden.

Whole house retro-fit, to include: Internal wall insulation, roof alteration and insulation, replacement windows, thermal upgrades to existing conservatory. Installation of PV Panels. Creation of rear decking and installation of new external stairs.
