Erection of fence

The erection of a 5mtr pole for CCTV within the existing 3G fenced football pitch area. The erection of a new fenced area at the outer East side of the existing 3G fence to store roll-on roll-off goals. Attach an electric awning to the East facing gable wall of the premises, with planters to enclose a removable outdoor seating area. To place new fencing/planters around quadrant area/outdoor seating area at north end of property. Place traditional fishing scene murals on to exteriors walls of the property
