Relocate perimeter fence (1.8m) to run along the boundary of land. It would run the length of the back garden, along the side of property (20 metres in length) and stand 3.5 metres away from property. At the front garden, the fence would be 10 metres in length, with a return of 3.5 metres. The overall length of the fence being 30 metres.
