Minor material amendment to approved plans (condition no.2) of approved application 18/00626/FUL (Erection of 2no residential dwellings including means of access and landscaping). Amendments to include : Plot 1 - The insertion of door to side elevation. - The installation of 2 Roof-lights into rear roof elevation. - The replacement of Horizontal Roof-lights with Vertical Roof-lights to side roof elevations. - Parapet roof changed to conventional Fascia and Soffit roof. - Porch side walls inserted. - Patio Doors changed to Windows. - Bi-fold door size increased.
