Installation of a new roof mounted flue system to include two pairs of cylinder supply and extract ducts & 1no. extract outlet and alterations to existing parking layout to provide 7no. additional spaces and waste refuse storage area.

Change of use of the first and second floor to 3no one bedroomed apartments and 2no two bedroomed apartments, external alterations to include: new section of roof, replacement entrance door, reconfiguration of the rear yard to include cycle store, refuse store and 1 car parking space.

Repair, refurbishment & alteration of the Watermill. Works include the replacement of the roof and alteration of valley gutters; repairs and replacement of roof timbers, beams & walls; repair and replacement of external fabric including stonework, brickwork, leaded casement panels, re-pointing and works to waterwheel.

Alterations to the roof to incorporate 3no. dormer windows to the front, and 2no. dormer windows to the rear roof slope. Removal of the existing sandstone roof and lead lined gutters to the Orangery, Grade ll listed at Dunham Massey Hall. Works to include the reinstatement of the roof with green Westmorland slates; the original timber gutters relined with zinc sheet with a lead trim to visible parts and associated alterations and repairs to existing historic fabric.

Change of use from mixed-use (shop and residential) to a single dwelling house. Erection of a side extension to form a porch and removal of rear roof terrace, external stairs and replace with a pitched roof along with associated external alterations.
