Works to the garage to include a single storey wrap around extension with side entrance canopy and part glazed rear gable, Juliet balcony and habitable accommodation within the roof space accessed via a new side entrance. 3x new roof lights, 2x new windows, external finish and alterations to fenestration to both outbuildings, a covered link walkway between the existing kitchen and barn and new external door to Lillibrooke Manor House.

Demolition of structures between Durnford House and School Hall, erection of a 4-storey extension to the rear, extension of mansard roof level to extend over existing building and new rear extension, replacement of existing boy's entrance, car parking spaces, landscaping and associated works.
