Application submitted under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the variation of condition 2 (approved plans) attached to planning permission 21/00033/RM1 dated 27 May 2021 to permit a change to the approved layout, materials, boundary treatments and landscaping and the addition of a new house type resulting in a development of 55 no. dwellings in phase 2 rather than 58 no. dwellings (amended plan and additional noise report received 30 October 2023; amended plans received 10th November 2023)
