Installation of extraction system and flue, renovation of shop front and use of area at front for external seating

Refurbishment of the existing building on 3 Market Place and Rostron Brow. Proposals include internal modifications and external works to include installation of a new shop front and facade renovation to 3 Market Place, renovation/repairs to the Rostron Brow Facade, replacement/repair of existing external windows and doors and providing a new external staircase with glazed enclosure. Change of use to a drinking establishment on the lower ground floor of Rostron Brow.

Proposed conversion of existing building into 5 flats and 1 shop, renovation of former bakehouse/residential accommodation into 1 dwelling, erection of 2 dwellings and demolition of outbuildings.

Renovation and extending existing Bakehouse, demolition of exist garage and greenhouse. Construction of new extensions to form additional retail space (site remaining within Use Class E), along with associated hard and soft landscaping works to include 1no. set of gates. First floor single storey flat with a green roof and courtyard area above the ground floor shop extension to the rear of No. 22 Regent Street. To create an additional bedroom to the existing attic flat with a matching tiled mansard roof between 22 and 24 Regent Street. To renovate and restore the old shopfront to new arched windows to match previous existing.

Change of use from sandwich shop into one bed flat. Renovation of existing features and renovation of existing windows including party wall erection, new bathroom and new kitchen

Change of use of upper floors to holiday let. Works to include internal and external alterations to renovate ground floor shop and convert floors 1 and 2 to flats.

Change of use of agricultural field to 30 pitch campsite (no caravans, no hardstanding), siting of 9 timber glamping pods and repair and renovation of existing agricultural barn to provide washroom, bike store, wash-up and campsite reception and shop facilities.

Proposed removal of roadside windows and replacement with new wall structure and reduced size openings. Creation of new entrance area. Minor external amendments to side and rear elevations to form new and altered window openings. Internal renovation of previous shop space and storage space to become usable amenity rooms (domestic).
